Shipping Policy

We use Priority Mail. Allow up to 3 business days of handling and processing time before shipment is on its way. After that it typically takes up to 1-2 business for domestic shipping to arrive, international please allow more time as it will vary.

How much will the shipping cost?

You will find your shipping cost at checkout, for consignment mail-ins, it is also calculated using your return address.

Does NATALIA ship internationally?

Yes! We don’t want to restrict our curations from being bought so we offer to ship to all parts of the globe that we can.

Do you offer exchanges for faulty items?

We carefully curate and inspect all of our pre-loved inventory. If you feel like something is wrong with your purchased goods, please contact us.
