Refund policy
We do not offer returns. In the rare exception, that we do process a return we can only issue store credit. The customer is responsible for return shipping and is liable for damage that could occur under their care. Any item not returned, lost, or damaged upon return delivery will not be issued a store credit refund. Contact our customer service to inquire about any tentative return for an alleged counterfeit product.
